Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 And S7+ Both Benchmarked With 8GB RAM – S Pen By Wacom
There's a lot of ‘full specs list for Samsung Galaxy Tab S7' going around on websites these days, which is inevitable. Nobody apart from Samsung actually has the full specs list though, so I'd be careful about making buying decisions ahead of the unveiling, based on what is published on websites that haven't got original leaks.
Several ‘full specs lists' claims that the 11-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 will only feature a 6GB RAM model option. That could be true, but the fact of the matter is that the model number Samsung SM-T875, in other words the 4G LTE versions of Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 has been benchmarked with 8GB of RAM on several occasions already.
The Geekbench 5 benchmark scores for both the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+ with 8GB of RAM clock in at just under 970 in single-core, and up to 3000 in multi-core scores.

Not to compare apples and oranges, but judged merely by their benchmark score, that's nearly identical to the 10.5-inch iPad Air.
It other last minute updates on Samsung's Tab S7 tablets, the 5G version of the Tab S7+ passed through the FCC yesterday, and apart from spelling out the specific 5G bands the 5G version will feature, Samsung also declared that the EJ-PT870 S Pen for the Tab S7 and S7+ actually features Wacom technology, and Wacom is even listed as the manufacturer of the digitizer pen.

That's the kind of details we can look forward to next week.
Samsung is now also openly publishing the name of the tablet on all their national support pages ahead of the launch next week on August 5, from Spain to China, Russia to the UK and the USA, where Samsung is even offering $50 discounts and credits to the first ones that pre-orders any of the new Galaxy devices.
