Another way to tell is to look at the model number under “Other Technical Details” towards the bottom of the Amazon page, where the model number that begins with SM-P613 followed by a few other capital letters denotes the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 2022 edition. The other letters only indicate color, storage capacity, and so on.

The model numbers for the 1st gen. model is SM-P610 for the Wi-Fi model and SM-P615/SM-P617 for the 4G LTE models.
