CICOENOTE Launches 10.3-inch X10 E Ink Tablet for On-the-Go Note Taking
CICOENOTE has released their latest E Ink tablet, the X10, designed for taking notes on the go. The X10 launched in China on January 12th, priced at $318.
The X10 packs a 10.3-inch monochrome E Ink display with 1,872 x 1,404 pixel resolution and 227 PPI density. The screen uses panel microcrystalline etching to reduce text size and blue light emission. It supports global handwriting, palm rejection, and a pen cap eraser.
An electromagnetic pen comes included, featuring 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity. The tablet itself weighs just 449g and measures 237 x 186 x 5.95mm.
A quad-core 1.8GHz processor powers the device, along with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. A large 6,000 mAh battery provides ample juice.
Dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, dual mics, dual speakers, and a USB-C port equip the tablet for connectivity and audio. Convenient software capabilities include speech recognition, handwriting conversion, dual-open notes, and more.
Early customers praise the X10's responsive E Ink display and clever note-taking functions. For students, artists, and professionals needing to jot down ideas on the move, the X10 offers a lightweight digital notepad with extensive stylus support.
CICOENOTE designed the X10 as an ultra-portable alternative to cumbersome paper notebooks. By combining E Ink's paper-like screen with flexible software, the tablet provides a natural digital note-taking experience.
For those seeking to leave pen and paper behind, the X10 packs capable features into a durable, travel-friendly form factor.
While currently only sold in China, international product launches could follow if the X10 sees strong demand. CICOENOTE aims to compete in the E Ink tablet space by focusing on writing and sketching capabilities tailored for note takers and artists.
With its robust hardware and clever software, the X10 gives this ambitious Chinese startup a compelling flagship product. The large E Ink display and electromagnetic pen offer a natural feel reminiscent of writing on paper.
By blending the familiarity of pen and paper with digital flexibility, CICOENOTE's latest innovation could find an eager audience.
