Both Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite Models Now Sporting Android 13 And One UI 5.0
While the upgraded new Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 2022 Model saw an update to Android 13 in December already, Sammobile notes that the first generation model has also just started receiving the Android 13 update with One UI 5.0 too.
Sammobile says the update has only just started rolling out to the 4G version in France so far, (the SM-P615 model), but naturally other countries as well as the Wi-Fi versions are expected to follow day by day in the next couple of weeks, which is the regular method of rolling out an OTA update.
Android updates has become something of a priority for Samsung, and even more so now that Lenovo too has started to offer an increase in their updates for old Android tablets the last two years.
The features will be the same for this tablet regardless of whether it's the first gen. or second gen. model, so the updated Android 13 user manual from Samsung (PDF) is also the same for all model numbers, Wi-Fi or cellular.
