A standout for me was the inclusion of a full PC mode, transforming the interface to resemble Windows. This boosted the productivity potential when paired with the optional keyboard accessory. The rear cameras were average and best suited for daytime shooting. Battery life of around 6-7 hours of video or web browsing was decent given the price. - TechBear Bro |

Overall, the Blackview Tab 13 shapes up as a very affordable big-screen entertainment option. Buyers shouldn't expect blazing speed or gaming prowess, but it nails the basics and doesn't feel cheap. I look forward to spending more time with the tablet. - HardReset_Pro |

The overall rating is based on review by our dedicated team and users.
Blackview has released its latest tablet, the Tab 13, which aims to deliver solid performance and features at an affordable price point. This compact 10-inch tablet runs Android 12 and packs capable mid-range hardware.
Decent Build, Display for the Cost
The Tab 13 touts an aluminum body measuring just 7.7mm thick and weighing 450g.
In hands-on testing, build quality seems fair given the low cost, with some slight creaking when squeezing the metal chassis.
Blackview sweetens the deal by bundling both a screen protector and a protective case.
The 10.1-inch 1200×1920 IPS display offers good brightness and viewing angles for indoor use.
One downside is light bleed visible along the left frame. Still, the panel should prove handy for web browsing and streaming video.
Smooth All-Round Performance
Powering the tablet is MediaTek's Helio G85 chipset, containing an octa-core CPU and Mali-G52 graphics. Combined with 6GB RAM, it delivers smooth operation whether gaming, loading apps, or multitasking.
Reviewers found titles like Asphalt 9 playable at medium graphics settings. Impressively, thermal throttling is minimal during extended gaming sessions.
Blackview's Doc OS software skin brings useful functionality like one-tap PC mode for productivity. There's also an app preloading feature that accelerates launch speeds by predicting which apps you'll open next.
Capable Cameras, Battery Life
An 8MP selfie camera adeptly captures portraits and video calls, aided by built-in beauty algorithms. Around the back, the 13MP main camera takes pleasing shots in good lighting but unsurprisingly struggles in low light.
The large 7280mAh battery provides around 6-7 hours of active usage based on video playback and web browsing tests. The Tab 13 regrettably charges slowly with its 10W brick requiring 3+ hours for a full charge.
Who Should Buy Blackview's Tab 13?
The box includes a case and a screen protector, Blackview's new Tab 13 offers strong value for budget-focused buyers.
It nails the tablet basics without feeling cheap. Some cost-cutting is noticeable but unavailability at this price point. For affordable big-screen functionality, Tab 13 warrants consideration.
