10.51-Inch Mid-Range Android 13 Tablet Umidigi A13 Tab Launching In July
Umidigi is launching a new mid-range Android 13 tablet at 10.51-inches now in July called Umidigi A13 Tab, and it's premiering with AliExpress.
For a tablet launching under $200, the total level of specs are interesting and worth a look.
It has a 10.51-inch Full HD screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200, while power comes a 2.0 GHz octa-core Unisoc T616 processor, with 8GB LPDDR4x RAM, and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. In addition, it has 1TB microSD card support, and it's set up for use of 8GB of virtual RAM too.
The rear design of the Umidigi A13 Tab is unique, and makes the tablet stand out. And the cameras on the back are not mere gimmicks either, since these are a 13MP main camera and a 2MP depth camera. There's an 8MP camera on the front and support for face unlocking.
And it has both quad speakers and dual mics too. The battery has a 7500 mAh capacity with support for 18W fast charging. Battery life is 14 hours, estimated by the video playback standard.
Additional specifications includes dual-band Wi-Fi 5, BT 5.0, GPS, Glonass, Galileo, Ambient Light Sensor, G-Sensor, E-compass, some level of global bands 4G LTE support, a USB C 2.0 port, and a 3.5mm audio combo jack.
Given this particular design, it's only available in Space Gray, featuring a thickness of 7.4mm and a thickness of 513 grams.
It will ship with a folio cover included in the price too.
So a bit of an interesting tablet in this segment, but considering how often tablets like the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 and Fire HD 10 are on sale for even less, it has some competition right now.
