Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact Mentioned In User Guide
A new previously unheard of tablet from Sony have appeared in a user guide for one of their Bluetooth speakers.
The name is very promising at least, since it's called Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, as if the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet wasn't thin enough already.
The Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact model name was found in the PDF user guide for the BSC10 Bluetooth speaker that fits a range of Sony tablets and smartphones and looks like a typical tablet dock. So whatever this tablet is, at least we know that it's compatible with the BSC10 speaker and charging dock.
This marks the second time in August that we hear something about a new Sony tablet, after the model name Sony Tablet SGP621 also appeared earlier in August.

The word Compact in the model name is interesting, since the 10.1-inch Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet is already 6.4 mm thick, which makes it the thinnest consumer tablet out there. So we might not be looking at a much thinner tablet, but rather a tablet with a smaller screen size, like 7 or 8 inches.
Seen below, is an image of the BSC10 Bluetooth speaker and dock for various Sony tablets and smartphones.
