Samsung’s 7-Inch Android 8.0 Tablet Now Bluetooth Certified Too
Samsung's upcoming 7-inch Android 8.0 tablet was listed as Bluetooth certified yesterday, which all things considered ought to indicate that the tablet will hit the market during the first part of the summer.
In the Bluetooth filing, Samsung avoided using the design name for it, and instead went with the model number Samsung SM-T230NZ for it instead.
Mysteriously enough it was certified on the same day as the Samsung Galaxy Tab Advanced2, which could indicate that this 7-inch tablet belongs to the same Advanced2 lineup, because the last time Samsung launched tablets in their Advanced series, they launched both a 10.1-inch and a 7-inch one. But this is just a theoretical possibility at this point.
Specs obtained through official sources shows that the Samsung SM-T230NZ have been tested with with Android 8.0, Bluetooth 4.2, 2.4 GHz b/g/n Wi-Fi, and a 7-inch screen. Based on the first FCC illustrations, the design is new for a 7-inch Android tablet from Samsung.
