Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 Android 9.0 Update Certified Ready – Currently Rolling Out To Tab S4

Good news if you are the proud owner of one of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 tablets since the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 Android 9.0 update officially went through the Wi-Fi registrars yesterday (a standard procedure), which officially confirms that the Android 9.0 update is on its way.

Samsung's Android 9.0 tablet updates are right on schedule in 2019, as the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 Android 9.0 update also started rolling out last week, and will continue to do so over the next couple of weeks, which is bang in line with Samsung's Android 9.0 update roadmap where the update was supposed to come now in April.

According to the same update roadmap, the (SM-T590 / SM-T595 / SM-T597) Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 update to Android 9.0 Pie will commence in October this year, the same month that the Android 9.0 update will also roll out to the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017), and Samsung Galaxy Tab Active2.

The Android 9.0 update to Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will roll out the prior month, in September 2019.

Of course, before then we will also get brand Android 9.0 Samsung tablets one the market, starting with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e on Friday, April 26 next week.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is in production, and will continue to be sold in the months ahead.
