Lenovo Tab3 7 Essential

Lenovo have already launched one new budget 7-inch Android tablet these days, with the Lenovo Tab3 7 for $99, but now an even cheaper 7-inch Android tablet is re-launching from Lenovo too, with the Lenovo Tab3 7 Essential that will be sold with a MSRP of $79:

So the Lenovo Tab3 7 Essential is Lenovo's cheapest tablet for sure in 2016. Now what can it do?

The Lenovo Tab3 7 Essential specs are not hugely different from those of the Lenovo Tab3 7, but instead of running Android 6.0, it runs Android 5.0 on the Wi-Fi model, and Android 5.1. on the 3G model. It also weighs 40 grams more, and has an older processor.

The specific Lenovo Tab3 7 Essential specs include a 7-inch screen with 1024 x 600 resolution, a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8127 processor and Mali 400-MP4 GPU, 1GB of DDR3L RAM, and 8GB of storage with 64GB microSD card support.

It actually has stereo speakers with Dolby Audio, and a 0.3MP front camera, and a 2MP rear camera, along with a 10 hour battery life from the 3450 mAh battery.

It has 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi support, and Bluetooth 4.0, as well as a g-sensor, and GPS. The weight is 300 grams, while the thickness is 9.9 mm.

So it is a cheap tablet. But it's still not as cheap as the $49 Fire tablet. But the Lenovo Tab3 7 with Android 6.0 is a more interesting and modern tablet, and it has more features than this tablet.
