Leaks And Rumors For The 2nd Redmi Tablet In 2023

The first Redmi tablet was launched in September last year as the Redmi Pad. Since then this 10.6-inch tablet has become very popular, part of which has to do with the good level of specs for the money, as well as good quality of the tablet itself.

And for a second time in just weeks we are once again getting leaks concerning another Redmi tablet, which this time seems to be a tablet built in a price segment just below the Redmi Pad.

Some call it the Redmi Pad 2, but I don't know if its really a successor. It seems more like another Redmi tablet to grow their tablet portfolio with.

The present Redmi Pad

From the first leak, Kacper Skrzypek believed that the new 2023 Redmi tablet will launch with Android 13, and feature an approximately 10.95-inch screen, with a 90 Hz refresh rate, a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1200, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, a 5MP front camera, and an 8MP rear camera.

This was reiterated today by DCS who also adds the 8000 mAh battery specs, and the belief that it will be a cheaper entry level model than the Redmi Pad.
