The transition to Windows 10 has been made possible together with Saber Interactive, and supports a variable framerate at over 60 fps and 4K UHD in ultra-wide displays, varying aspect ratios, updated shadow/texture quality, and typical graphics adjustments for games like that.
Microsoft also said today that Halo: The Master Chief Collection is available today for $39 which includes both Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary and Halo: Reach, and that it will update automatically by adding the additional upcoming titles as they launch throughout 2020.
