Xiaomi 9.2 (2014811) Tablet Leaks With Cellular Connectivity
Chinese certification authority TENAA appears to have certified the previously leaked mystery tablet with the model number 2014811 by Xiaomi.
What's new this time around is the inclusion of 2G/3G/4G LTE support, according to new leaked documents from mydrivers.
The cellular connectivity may be optional or included with all versions. Benchmark results from October showed us that the second tablet from Xiaomi might have a 9.2-inch screen with 1280 x 720 resolution, Android 4.4 or 5.0, a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, and 1GB of RAM.
This is in other words expected to be a cheap budget tablet, priced way below the Xiaomi Mi Pad that was launched in May, the first tablet to feature the Tegra K1 processor.
Xiaomi tablets are very hard to get hold of outside of Asia, with the Mi Power Bank instead being the most widely available Xiaomi product to people in Western markets.
