Vivo Pad 2 Unveiling April 20 – A Tablet With 6 Speakers

Vivo will launch the Vivo Pad 2 next week on April 20, so before then, here’s a preview of all the specs we know about so far.

The Vivo Pad 2 will be another tablet to feature one of the most powerful MediaTek processors, as it’s been confirmed that it’s powered by the Dimensity 9000 chipset.

For some insight into what that means, the Vivo Pad 2 has been benchmarked the last two days, where it has clocked in benchmark scores regularly of over 1700 in single-core, and over 4600 in multi-core scores in Geekbench 6, with the processor running at up to 3.05 GHz while on the Android 13 OS.

Model options will be between 8GB and 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

12.1-inch screen has a 144Hz refresh rate and support for the Vivo Pencil 2.

Vivo is supposed to have developed some new features with this digitizer pen, so I’m looking forward to the full details on that.

It will sport an 8MP front camera with 13MP + 2MP rear cameras and LED, and push the envelope as a tablet with 6 speakers, all of which are side facing though.

Color options on the new Vivo tablet will be gray, light blue, and light purple, with a black optional keyboard.
