Uknown TCL NXTPAPER 12 Pro Launched
TCL announced five new tablets earlier this year at the Mobile World Congress in March. One of them was a 12-inch tablet which TCL didn't say much about back then, other than promising 5G connectivity.
But a 12-inch TCL tablet by the name TCL NXTPAPER 12 Pro has been quietly launched the last week in Russia, we are learning through Liliputing via Ixbt.
It has launched for the equivalent of $550 which is not so strange, since large tablets usually get a serious price bump upwards as the display is one of the costliest components of a tablet. Especially the 5 layer Nxtpaper screen,
The 12.2-inch screen has a 2160 x 1440 resolution display, with power from a 2.4 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT8771 Kompanio 800T processor, with 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage.
The battery is still just a 8000 mAh battery, which could have been a bigger. But it has dual 8MP front cameras, a 13MP rear camera with flash, quad speakers, dual mics, wi-Fi 5, BT 5.1, and cellular connectivity.
TCL NXTPAPER 12 Pro also features digitizer pen and keyboard support.
We'll let you know if this 12-inch tablet also launches in other markets soon.
