The Teclast M40 performance is even 10-20% higher than that of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e, so that's noteworthy in itself. Geekbench 4 scores come in at over 1,900 in single-core scores, and just over 5,900 in multi-core scores.
Main hardware that powers the Teclast M40 is an octa-core 2.0 GHz Unisoc Tiger T618 processor with Mali-G52 GPU, 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM, and 128GB of storage, plus a microSD card slot.
The 10.1-inch screen has a Full HD 1920 x 1200 resolution display from Sharp, together with 8MP front and rear cameras, and stereo speakers featuring Teclast's own Momentum Sound System.
Connectivity options are dual-SIM 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB C port, and a 3.5mm audio combo jack.
Other specs includes a 6000 mAh battery with a 7-8 hour battery life, and GPS/BDS/GLONASS/GALILEO sensors.
So basically a tablet the emphasize performance without costing a lot, while still providing decent specs overall. So unless there's anything wrong with the tablet's build, the Teclast M40 could become the best cheap 10.1-inch Android tablet in 2020 for those who don't need to use a digitizer pen with their tablet.
