Securus JP6S Prison Tablet With See-Through Case Announced
Securus Technologies announced a new tablet for incarcerated individuals today, called Securus JP6S, complete with see-through case and see-through ear buds.
While it runs Android 8.1 underneath, it is skinned with a more controllable remote managed user interface for its intended purpose, as you can see by the image of the Securus applications user interface.
Specs are at the level of an HD tablet, with display resolution of 1280 x 800, a 13 hour battery life, dual-band Wi-Fi, and even an optional 2MP camera.
