Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 Pre-Official Specs
Another one of the very likely upcoming new Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 tablets this year is the 8-inch model in the line. It will be the second 8-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab, and will carry the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 name, since it is a part of the 4th generation Galaxy Tab's.
That means an upgrade from dual-core to quad-core processor for starters. As for the rest of the unofficial specs for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, here's what the rumors says:
There will be three models, as before. A Wi-Fi only model (SM-T330), a 3G model (SM-T331), and a LTE model (SM-T335). The alleged processor is a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400. The memory is 1GB of RAM or 1.5GB for the LTE model, it has the latest Android 4.4 Kitkat OS, a 6800mAh battery capacity, a 1280 x 800 display, and a 3MP rear camera plus a 1.3MP front camera.

Apart from a downgraded rear camera, most of these specs seems to be in line with what have been expected, and even the high battery capacity would be in keeping with the Galaxy Tab battery life legacy. The present Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 have an average battery life of just over 12 hours!
Launch price is estimated to be $299, and the release should take place around June – July 2014 sometime. The current model was launched with a price of $299, but is currently on sale for $249.
