Processor Of Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Tablets Leaked

We haven’t heard anything new about the three upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 tablets since May, but today one of the famous leakers revealed the processor.

According to reputable mobile tech leaker Ice universe, all Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 tablets will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 processor, not Samsung’s own Exynos 2200.

Details of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 chipset are scarce at this point, since it is still believed to be months away from launching, but it is believed to be the successor to the Snapdragon 888 processor, and run at up to 3.09 Ghz with three clusters of processors, which should improve battery life and efficiency, at least in theory.

The three Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, S8+, and S8 Ultra are also specified by Ice universe to support a good charge too, with 4.5A at 45W and 10V. The size of these tablets begins with the 11-inch and 12.4-inch sizes similar to the present Tab S7 and S7+ tablets, but are also joined by the large new 14.6-inch Tab S8 Ultra tablet.

Of course, Samsung is no stranger to large Android tablets, as they’ve produced both 18.4-inch and 17.3-inch Android tablets before, in the Galaxy View series.
