Pipo has a launch sale on the new 2-in-1 Windows 10 tablet called Pipo W1S. It has 4 different confuguration options, and starts at $175.
It can be bought with or without keyboard, and with either 4GB of RAM or 2GB of RAM. Pipo W1S otherwise has a 10.1-inch Full HD screen with 1920 x 1200 resolution, has a Intel Atom x5-Z8300 processor for brains, and options of 64GB or 32GB of storage that goes along with the RAM.
And like other good new Windows tablets, it supports microSD cards up to 128GB.
On the front of the tablet there’s a 2MP camera, while on the rear there’s a 5MP camera with FHD recording.
The battery capacity is measured to 6000 mAh, giving it a battery life of 6 hours.
A highlight is both a USB 3.0 port, as well as a micro-USB 2.0 port, in addition to a HDMI port and the 3.5 mm audio jack too.
The Wi-Fi is a standard 802.11 b/g/n although this is fast enough for a FHD screen and Cherry Trail processor anyway. The Bluetooth is version 4.0.
The tablet and keyboard attach through a mechanism that resembles that of the original Asus Transformer Book T100 from years ago, but only in appearance and not design. The thickness of the tablet is 9 mm while the weight is 550 grams.
