The HTC Nexus 9 LTE tablet manufactured for Google finally got the Android 7.0 update today too, with both the factory images and OTA images being available for download from Google’s servers.
The Android 7.0.0 NRD90R update for the 4G LTE model is the same update that has been available to the HTC Nexus Wi-Fi model of this tablet for some weeks, but the Wi-Fi model has moved on since then and also has the latest security update from the NRD91D update by now.
The Pixel C and the Nexus 9 are still the first Android 7.0 tablets.
Nexus 9 was made for Google by HTC and has a 8.9-inch screen with a 2048 x 1536 resolution display, is powered by Nvidia’s 2.3 GHz Tegra K1 processor, has 2GB of RAM, optional 2G/3G/4G LTE, a 1.6MP front camera and 8MP rear camera, has complete 2×2 Wi-Fi cover, Bluetooth 4.1, and a 9.5 hour battery life.
