New Samsung Notebook 9 Pen 2019 Model Announced

Samsung announced the new Samsung Notebook 9 Pen 2019 models today, which are 13.3-inch and 15-inch Windows notebooks with 8th gen. Intel Core processors and built-in S Pen.

The predecessor was launched in February this year, but the 2019 model will see some changes beyond just a newer processor. Even on the outside, the new Samsung Notebook 9 Pen 2019 models can be optionally colored in Ocean Blue with a yellow S Pen to match Samsung's latest Note flagship phone.

Reduced latency between digitizers and pens have been a focus for major computer brands the last two years, and the new Samsung Notebook 9 Pen is now said to have reduced its latency time by up two two times so that it will pick up writing immediately as the pen touch the touchscreen.

The integrated S Pen has three optional nibs too, so users can change between various feels.

Highlights among other specs includes 2x Thunderbolt 3 port, a USB C port, both a IR facial recognition camera and fingerprint reader, a 15 hour battery life, full Wi-Fi cover with Giga Wi-Fi, and more powerful AKG stereo speakers with ThunderAmp.

The touchscreens are 1920 x 1080 resolution Full HD displays, where the 15-inch model is even powered by a Nvidia GeForce MX150 GPU, while the rest of the power is served by LPDDR3 RAM, and PCIe NVMe SSD storage.

As these Windows laptops are among Samsung's flagship products, they tend to start at over $1000. Samsung will announce prices and additional details in 2019.
