Huawei’s New 2022 MatePad 10.4 – A Mid-Range HarmonyOS Tablet
Huawei used the MWC 22 trade show to make some additional announcements, one of which was for the 2022 Huawei MatePad 10.4.
This tablet is a HarmonyOS 2 tablet starting in the $250 range that succeeds the Huawei MatePad 10.4 that was launched two years ago.
The new Huawei MatePad 10.4 2022 is a10.4-inch tablet with a Full HD 2000 x 1200 resolution display, 470 nits brightness, a Kirin 710A processor, Mali G51 GPU, and options of 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, or 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
It also features an 8MP front camera, a 13MP rear camera with LED, four speakers, three mics, Wi-Fi 5, BT 5.1, optional 4G, a USB C port, and a 7250 mAh battery with a 2.25A charger and 12 hour battery life.
The weight is 450 grams, and the thickness is 7.35mm.
There's also an optional keyboard cover for it and support for the 4096 pressure level Huawei M-Pencil. The keyboard lacks a trackpad though since the keyboard is pretty small. But that's what touchscreens are for. And you can always use a mouse with it too.
