HP Omen 16 With Intel Core i7-12700H Launching May 15
HP hasn't released any new tablets since the HP 11 Tablet in January, but they have a few laptops coming up in May, like the 2022 HP Omen 16:

HP's Omen family of laptops are interesting as they do a lot of things right.
With this particular model, we're looking at a HP Omen 16 powered by a very quick 12th gen. 4.59GHz Intel Core i7-12700H processor which in itself has the bragging rights of a Geekbench 5 multi-core score of over 12,000. So no complaints there. The single-core score is typically in the 1,810 range.
Additional support from the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Graphics GPU also helps boost its performance, as does four channel 16GB DDR5 4800MHz RAM, and 512GB PCIe NVMe TLC M.2 SSD running Windows 11.
The 16.1-inch screen has a display resolution of 2560 x 1440, with 165Hz refresh rate, and 100% sRGB.
Some of the other things I like about the HP Omen 16 is the keyboard and the layout of the keys for a quick overview of the important keys, the Wi-Fi 6, 8 1/2 hour battery life, Bang & Olufsen DTS:X audio, the Precision Touchpad, and 4x USB 4 ports with Thunderbolt and SuperSpeed USB.
It may have started out as a gaming laptop, but it's designed more like a laptop that's suitable for everything, so this is one of HP's most versatile laptops this year.
