Chuwi MiniBook Taking Pre-Orders From Stores With Late October Launch
Probably the most talked about pocket laptop of the year is about to get launched in regular stores after a very successful crowdfunding campaign for the Chuwi MiniBook.
Chuwi MiniBook is already avilable for pre-order from Banggood and Aliexpress, with Banggood offering the lowest price, with an entry price of $429 for the Intel N4100 powered model with 8GB RAM and 128GB SSD storage. The actual release date is estimated to the last week of October.
The Intel Core m3 model has not been added to stores just yet, but it will cost a little more when it's included later on.
Of course, even at $429 this is already Surface Go money, but customers do get a lot of bang for the bucks all the same, including Windows 10, an 8-inch screen that bends over backwards into tablet mode and tent mode with a Full HD 1920 x 1200 resolution display, 8GB LPDDR4 RAM, 128GB SSD storage, dual-band Wi-Fi 5, a 2MP front camera, and of course a keyboard that you don't have to pay extra for.
