Mini PC Chuwi CoreBox 5th With 13th Gen. Intel Core And Support For 4x Monitors At 4K On Pre-Launch Sale For $499
In case you missed it, the increasingly innovative computer brand Chuwi is taking pre-orders for the new Mini PC Chuwi Corebox 5th, which started this weekend and lasts until next Monday, September 25.
Chuwi has had a lot of success with their limited edition Mini Pcs, and it looks like Chuwi has put together an attractive configuration on this Mini PC too, even though the ‘server rack' design of the Corebox 5th is different from all their other Mini PCs in the past.
But in terms of hardware relative to the price, it packs an interesting hardware combination for people who need to connect a lot of peripherals into a relatively powerful PC that can handle 4 screens at once.
Because the main specs consists of the 13th generation 12-core 4.7 GHz Intel Core i5-13500H processor with an Intel Iris Xe GPU that can handle four monitors with 4K UHD resolution at 60Hz each, through the 2x HDMI ports and 2x DP ports that it has.
In addition, it has 16GB of DDR5 RAM (4800 MHz), and 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD storage with M.2 2280 SSD expansion support.
So if this Mini PC is really pressed to the limit, it has a 65W cooling unit with a 3400 RPM fan, which explains the large ventilation underneath to keep it cool.
It ships with Windows 11 Home, and has dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, while ports includes as much as six USB 3.0 ports, one USB-C port, an ethernet port, a 3.5mm audio combo jack, and a power port.
But it's still quite small with the dimensions measuring 173mm x 158mm x 73mm, and a weight of 930 grams.
So a good all-round Mini PC for gaming, photo and video editing, very large work tasks, and coding, which is sold at a pre-launch discount for $499.
