Additional/New 2016 Samsung Galaxy Tab S Models Leak
Two new model iterations of the current 9.7-inch and 8.0-inch Super AMOLED tablets Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 have leaked, after they were imported to India for testing purposes.
From the trade registrar Zauba, we learn that a 9.7-inch Samsung SM-T819 model and a 8.0-inch Samsung SM-T719 model are both in development at the moment. It could take months before we would see these tablets though.
Given their model number, it may be that both of these tablets are additional tablets in the existing Super-AMOLED Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 series, and that they are not Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 tablets, since Tab S3 tablets should have the model numbers SM-T920 and SM-T720 instead.
There are no leaks or rumors concerning Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 tablets yet. The current S2 tablets were released in September, so they are unlikely to be replaced any time soon.
