8-Inch Android 6.0 Tablet Lenovo TB3-850 Certified In China
An 8-inch 3G/4G Android 6.0 tablet carrying the model name Lenovo TB3-850M has been certified in China, but the specs are a little bit different from the promised Lenovo Tab 3 8 that Lenovo says it will launch in June.
The 8-inch Android 6.0 tablet has been certified at TEENA with a 1 GHz (MediaTek) processor, 2GB of RAM, a 1280 x 800 resolution display, and 16GB memory with 32GB microSD card support.
It's also listed with a 4200 mAh battery, a 2MP front camera, and 5MP rear camera, with a thickness of 9.2 mm, and a weight of 347 grams.
The Wi-Fi model, Lenovo TB3-850F was benchmarked in February with a quad-core 1 GHz MediaTek MT8735P processor.
Lenovo Tab 3 8 was officially unveiled in January, but was given a June release date. The specs that Lenovo provided then were that for an 8-inch Android 6.0 tablet with 1024 x 600 resolution, a 1 GHz quad-core MediaTek processor, with options of 1GB or 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, a 2MP front camera, and a 5MP rear camera, Dolby Atmos speakers, a 4290 mAh battery, and a thickness of 8.9 mm.
So there is some confusion now about the final specs at launch.
But the new Lenovo Tab 3 8 tablet will for sure replace the predecessor Lenovo Tab 2 8.
