Kobo Unveils Limited Edition Aura HD E Ink eReader

Ereaders are still evolving. Kobo have just unveiled a limited edition Kobo Aura HD E Ink eReader, available for order from April 16. It will then be released in Canada and UK April 25, and see other international releases starting in May.
The specs highlights are a 6.8-inch WXGA+ Pearl E Ink ClarityScreen+ with a 1440×1080 resolution and 265 dpi (the highest resolution E Ink display available), 4 GB memory with Micro SD card support up to 32 GB, a 30 hour battery life, and the Kobo ecosystem of books (especially all the free ones) and other reading material (Kobo says it has 13 million user worldwide).
Oh and at 240 gram it's certainly light. More so than even the lightest of tablets (see tablet comparison).
The price isn't equally light though. Kobo wants $169.99 for the Aura HD E Ink eReader.
Additionally, the Kobo Aura HD has been fitted with a squared angular back for ergonomic purposes which seems to offer good support, and will be released with the color options Espresso, Ivory, and Onyx (brown, white, and grey in other words.)
