17.3-Inch Foldable Asus Zenbook 17 Fold OLED Taking Orders For $3499

It’s been months since Asus unveiled the foldable 17.3-inch tablet / laptop Asus Zenbook 17 Fold OLED, and since then, many new large scale events for it too, but it hasn’t been up for order, until today: https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-ZenBook-Fold-OLED-Laptop/dp/B0B9RZS1

Asus Zenbook 17 Fold OLED is now taking orders for the same $3499 that Asus said they would launch it for, and it will be released this weekend.

This is only the second foldable laptop tablet on the market after the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold.

The center piece is here is naturally the folding 17.3-inch Pantone Validated OLED display with a resolution of 2560 x 1920, with 500 nits brightness, and 100% DCI-P2 color gamut.

When the screen is folded, the size is 12.5 inches. And on the back it has a center kickstand, so it can stand on its own when used in landscape mode.

An included keyboard can be placed on top of the 1/2 of the screen in “bent” mode, so that the Zenbook 17 Fold resembles a laptop with a regular physical keyboard.

But it’s more than just a folding display with otherwise good display properties that drives up the price of it. Many of other specs are good too.

After all, we are dealing with a 4.7 GHz 12th gen. Intel Core i7-1250U processor, Iris Xe graphics, 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 1TB of SSD storage, Windows 11 Pro, two Thunderblot 4 ports for ultra fast transfers, a 5MP front camera with IR, quad Harman/Kardon Premium speakers with Smart Amp technology, both Cortana and Alexa voice recognition, array mic, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, BT 5.0, and a 75WHrs battery with 65W charging.

So if you have the money, there’s a lot to love here.
