Whether you like or dislike YouTube Shorts, it’s for sure a focus for YouTube at the moment, so Google has announced the rollout of new features.
YouTube Shorts is YouTube’s version of short TikTok clips that only lasts a couple of seconds.
Shorts have been available on the web version of YouTube for weeks already, but now Google wants to roll out new features to anyone who watches Shorts on tablets too.
Google says that at some point between April and May, they will roll out a Shorts shelf under Home, where users can navigate the Shorts simply by swiping vertically from one video to the next, and when you are logged in, all these views will count towards your eligibility for the Google’s Shorts Fund.
