VAIO Corporation Launch New Device February 16
VAIO Corporation, the former Sony label, is holding a press event on February 16 in Japan, called VAIO Meeting 2015.
(UPDATED: Vaio Z Canvas Release October 5, 2015 In The U.S.)
The question is, are we going to see the launch of a VAIO tablet? VAIO announced VAIO Prototype Tablet PC last year, a 12-inch Windows tablet with very advanced and precise digitizer support. The general feeling is that we are going to see the realization of this tablet at the event, though other products could be launch alongside it.
Whenever a new VAIO tablet is launched, the specs are expected to be high in areas such as resolution, processor, RAM, as well as with the particular details that would make up the tablet. Consequently it has been natural to compare the VAIO Prototype Tablet PC with Surface Pro 3.
The last tablet that was launched with the VAIO brand, was Sony VAIO Tap 11, an 11.6-inch Windows 8.1 tablet with Intel Core processor choices, Full HD display, and digitizer.
