The new generation large curved Samsung monitors in the Samsung Odyssey line have just been brought to the US, where they will launch from $749:
And these are the Samsung Odyssey G7 T1 27-inch and 32-inch Faker Editions with 1ms response time, and smooth 240hz refresh rate. Faker is the nick of the professional gamer Lee Sang-hyeok from South Korea, and Samsung started sponsoring T1 teams this year, where they play and train on these specific gaming monitors.
The prices of these curved monitors have fortunately gone down a lot over the years, and the QLED 2560 x 1440 resolution displays with 600 nits brightness are better than before too, with Nvidia G-Sync and FreeSync Premium Pro support and a better set of ports than before, which also makes the monitors less universal and even more of a dedicated gaming monitor than before.
