Samsung Notebook Odyssey Taking Pre-Orders – Launch February 15
Samsung went back into gaming laptops in 2017, with a new line of gaming computers under their new Samsung Odyssey brand which Samsung will give a lot of attention to in the time ahead. And the first of these new Samsung gaming laptops is now taking pre-orders, with the 15.6-inch Samsung Notebook Odyssey taking orders for a price of $1199, before it will start shipping after the February 15 launch:

Samsung Notebook Odyssey was unveiled by Samsung at CES on January 4, starting with a 15.6-inch and 17.3-inch version of Samsung's return to Windows 10 gaming laptops, and it's the 15.6-inch model that is being released first, in just 2 weeks from now.
15.6-inch Samsung Notebook Odyssey main specs are the top of the line brand new 2.8 GHz – 3.8 GHz Intel Core i7 7700HQ “Kaby Lake” processor, coupled with a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 GPU (with GDDR5 RAM), 16GB of DDR4 SODIMM RAM (2x 8GB), and 128GB SSD storage + 1TB HDD storage.
The 15.6-inch screen has typical gaming laptop Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080, together with two 1.5 watt stereo speakers, 720p front camera, 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi cover and RJ45 LAN jack, 9.5 hour battery life, emphasis on effective cooling and individual backlit keyboard color setup and touchpad color frame setup, with special cratered keys.
And as a novelty among gaming laptops, there are color options of black and white made available from Samsung too.
