Rugged 7-Inch Windows 10 Tablet Mesa 3 Launched With Intel Pentium N4200 Processor
Juniper Systems have launched the Mesa 3, a new rugged 7-inch Windows 10 tablet with heightened GPS/GNSS accuracy and speed for use in the field.
This is the only 7-inch Windows 10 tablet on the market today with a 1280 x 800 resolution HD screen that's also powered by a Intel Pentium N4200 processor, 8GB LPDDR4 RAM, and options of 128GB/256GB storage. On top of that it even has 4G LTE so that data can be sent from the field as well.
It's also another tablet that have just started using Dragontrail cover glass instead of Gorilla Glass to protect the screen.
Some specs highlight includes adjustable backlit keys on the keypad on the tablet, an optional keyboard aligned with the tablet that can be used attached to a pole, IP68 water and dustproofing, 4 feet drop protection, a loud speaker for noisy work environments, hot-swappable batteries with 10 hour battery life, a 2MP front camera and 8MP rear camera with LED, and an extensive list of accessories for putting this tablet into work in a lot of environments.
Those accessories a nd options range from an optional uBlox NEO-MBT and external GNSS antenna pass through for accuracy within 1 meter, a barcode imager and decoder, UHF RFID modules, as well as additional convenience and security features.
