Portable Touchscreen Asus ZenScreen Touch Announced Today
Asus has had a steady commitment to its portable monitors for many years now, and at COMPUTEX 2019 today they announced the latest development in this category with the Asus ZenScreen Touch.
So not only is it a 15.6-inch portable monitor you can use with tablets, smartphones, laptops, and some other devices, but this is now also a touchscreen with its own built-in 7800 mAh battery too.
Asus ZenScreen Touch (MB16AMT) has a Full HD resolution screen, with 10-point touch just like a good tablet or smartphone. It's 9mm thick and weighs 900 grams. That makes it a little heavier than their former non-touch portable monitors, but then again those models tend to be more or less all plastic.
The ZenScreen Touch has both USB C and USB A ports, as well as a micro-HDMI port.
On Android, the ZenScreen can be used to mirror your phone on the 15.6-inch large screen together with the Asus ZenScreen Touch app on Android 6.0 devices or newer.
And as always, this portable display COEs with its own cover/stand, together with the USB cable.
