Onyx Boox Max3 13.3 Launched

We’re learning from Liliputing that the new 13.3-inch Ereader Onyx Boox Max3 is now launching for $859.

Onyx Boox Max3 13.3 is the successor to the BOOX Max2 Pro.

And just like the successor the Onyx Boox Max3 is just as much an Ewriter as an Ereader, with a 2200 x 1650 resolution E Ink display and stylus pen included.

Compared to the older model, it has been upgraded with Wi-Fi 5, a larger 4300 mAh battery, a fingerprint reader for security, a USB C port, stereo speakers, dual mics, Android 9.0 Pie, it’s powered by a octa-core 2.0 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, and it has even slimmed down from 7.5mm to 6.8mm in thickness and cut the weight too from 550 grams to 490 grams.

At $859 it costs a little more than similar devices of the same size from Xiaomi or Sony, where Sony is still the most reliable go-to brand with their 13.3-inch Sony DPT-RP1.
