Onda V820W CH
The Chinese tablet brand Onda announced a new 8-inch Windows 10 tablet this week by the name of Onda V820W CH. It will be launched in China in the middle of October.
And like so many of the new Windows tablets from the established brands, Onda too will sport an Intel Atom x5-Z8300 processor.
This is the best feature of this tablet. The screen has a resolution of 1280 x 800, but with 5-finger multi-touch support. It has 2GB of RAM, 32GB storage, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, a g-sensor, 2MP cameras on the front and on the back, but only a 4200 mAh battery capacity. This is one of the most common deal breaker with these Chinese tablets along with low quality and difficult return policies, since the battery life is only an estimated 5 hours.
The thickness meanwhile is 8.9 mm and the weight is 355 grams.
We will finally see a flurry of new Windows 10 tablets come onto the market from the established brands soon though, in the wake the Windows 10 Device event on Tuesday, since several tablet brands have postponed the launch of some of their tablets to the weeks and months after the first event that will demonstrate the capabilities of new Windows 10 tablets, computers, and related Windows technology.
