These new memory cards differ from regular microSD cards by being constructed to withstand outdoor temperatures and changing outdoor climate better, and that can make them better suited for rugged tablets used outdoors too, as well as for all other electronic gadgets that may be exposed to the weather and the outdoors like cameras.
With a 128GB SanDisk High Endurance microSD card costing just $25.99, the extra features doesn't seem to add much to the price of the cards.
The speed class standards are C10, U3, and a video speed class of V30, making the new SanDisk High Endurance microSD cards compatible with both 4K and even 8K cameras.
