Linux Tablet Juno Tab 2 Beta Model Shipping
Linux tablets have struggled to get a real foothold in the tablet market, but Linux tablets keep coming thanks to small groups of enthusiasts.
This week the Juno Tab 2 BETA product started taking pre-orders, which is a well equipped 2-in-1 tablet when considering that it's a Linux tablet.
It has an 11-inch screen with a display resolution of 2160 x 1440, and it's powered by an Intel Celeron N5100 processor, 12GB LPDDR4 (3200) RAM, and 128GB to 2TB SSD storage.
Potential customers can opt for either Mobian, Debian, Ubunto, or Manjaro pre-installed upon shipping. And it's launching from $525 and up.
It also has stereo speakers, tablet cameras, a mic, Wi-Fi 5, BT 4.2, 2x USB C 3.1 ports, and a USB 2.0 port, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a 2500 mAh battery.
So as a Beta version, this is a product in development as you can see in the video too. Nevertheless, it's great to see enthusiasts continuing to launch Linux tablets.
