Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.7 Announced With Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 CPU And JBL Speakers
So after months of beta testing this tablet with a few select insiders for a few months, Lenovo has taken the wraps fully off the Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.7, where this tablet will be launched on August 26th.
This tablet is mainly the same tablet as the Lenovo Tab P12 that was also announced this week for Europe and North America, but they have different chipsets, which in turn affects some of the other hardware.
The Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.7 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor, and has 8GB LPDDR5 RAM, and model options of 128GB or 256GB storage.
The 12.7-inch screen still has a display resolution of 2944 x 1840, but with the Qualcomm chipset it has a 144 Hz refresh rate instead, and features Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision.
It ships with Android 13 and Lenovo's ZUI 15 user interface.
The battery capacity is also the same 10,200 mAh, but with a different CPU, it has a battery life of 9.16 hours with 20W charging.
But other than that, the rest of the specs are the same, including Wi-Fi 6, BT 5.2, quad JBL speakers, dual mics, a 13MP rear camera with LED, an 8MP front camera, and a USB C 3.2 Gen 1 port.
The Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.7 is just 6.9mm thick and weighs 615 grams, with the color choices being green and gray.
Optional tablet accessories are a pogo pin connected keyboard with a rear kickstand, and Lenovo's latest active stylus pen.
So basically the Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.7 is a tablet that's competing in the same category as the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+.
