Lenovo Tab E8 Launched – Lenovo’s $99 Entry Level 8-Inch Tablet
Lenovo announced and launched their entry level 8-inch Android tablet today by the name Lenovo Tab E8, available today at Walmart for $99.99 according to Lenovo.
Lenovo Tab E8 is launched with Android Nougat, so that's a weird move, but then again, with 1GB of RAM, 16GB storage at most, and a MediaTek MT8163B processor, this is not a tablet for anyone looking for the latest technologies anyway.
The 8-inch screen has 1280 x 800 HD resolution at least, with a 2MP front camera, a 5MP rear camera, a mono speaker with Dolby Atmos.
Lenovo Tab E8 Internet cover is 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, with Bluetooth 4.2. Remaining specs includes a 4850 mAh battery with a 10 hour battery life, a micro-USB 2.0 port, an a 3.5mm audio combo jack.
Tab E8 is 8.9mm thick, weighs 320 gram, and comes in black only. There doesn't seem to be much love from Lenovo for this tablet, since they couldn't even bother to update the press images which are the same as those of the slightly different Lenovo Tab 4 8.
