Lenovo Announced Their First 5G Laptop – Project Limitless
Lenovo and Qualcomm jointly announced Lenovo's first 5G laptop at COMPUTEX 19 today, and they call it Project Limitless.
The information provided on the specs today can not be called limitless though, as Project Limitless is only specified as running a Qualcomm Snapdragon X55 5G modem.
Also, Lenovo knows that their laptop may not be the first 5G laptop on the market, so while they called it the world's first 5G laptop in one statement, they later also described it as “this Lenovo laptop is the first-ever with the Qualcomm Snapdragon X55 5G modem.”
Lenovo says that Project Limitless won't happen before early 2020. So we'll have to wait and see if other computer brands will launch a 5G laptop of their own before then.
