Intel Core i7-8750H Coffee Lake Powered Asus Zephyrus GM501 Launch April 16
Do you find the new Intel Core i9 powered Asus ROG G703 looking a little too much like a gaming laptop, and also being too pricey for normal use? I'd agree, and I honestly don't know if the radical gaming laptop designs hurt high-end laptop sales or not. Fortunately there are alternatives here, and one of the brand new 8th gen. Intel Core “Coffee Lake” powerhouses coming out, is the more normal looking Asus ROG Zephyrus M GM501 (GS) powered by a very powerful Intel Core i7-8750H processor:

This new Windows 10 “Coffee Lake” powered laptop will also be released on April 16, but for $2199 instead. With benchmarks to blow your socks off, it features a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 GPU (read test), with 16GB DDR4 RAM (2666 MHz), and a 1TB hybrid storage with 256GB PCIe SSD storage.
Being a gaming laptop is has customizable colors for the keyboard, and a Full HD screen at 15.6 inches, with a Full HD display featuring 1920 x 1080 resolution and a snappy 3ms response time 144 HZ refresh rate.
Everything you expect on a high-end laptop in 2018 is there, and that also includes a Thunderbolt port, Gigabit Wave 2 Wi-Fi with 1.7Gbps speeds, and more powerful speakers than before. For long term use it also has some new anti-dust cooling fans that are designed to blow dust and small particles out of the computer, should it ever get sucked into it in the first place.
