Huawei Honor Tablet 2 Launching
A new 8-inch Huawei Android 6.0 tablet by the name of Huawei Honor Tablet 2 is launching in Asia tomorrow on October 19, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor with LTE in the top model of this phablet.
The 8-inch phablet Huawei Honor Tablet 2 has a 1920 x 1200 display resolution with a 16:10 screen ratio, sports 3GB of RAM, and 16GB and 32GB storage options with 128GB microSD card support.
Because of the chipset, the Huawei Honor Tablet 2 has 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi support, GPS, GLONASS, and BDS sensors.
On the front we find a 2MP camera, while on the back we are looking at a 8MP camera with FHD recording.
Huawei's latest phablet also sports a 4800 mAh battery with a 5.5 hour charging time but with an unknown average battery life, and a micro-USB 2.0 port, while the thickness is 8.1 mm and the weight is 340 grams.
Huawei have also skinned the Android OS with their own Huawei EMUI 4.0 user interface.
Whether this interesting device will be launched in North America any time soon remains to be seen, since Huawei have yet to announce any launch plans for this market.
