- Open Amazon.com on your choice of browser and log in to your account.
- Take your mouse pointer towards the “Account & Lists” and wait for the drop-down menu to open.
- Now click on “Your Account”.
- On the Your Account page, click on “Login & security”.
- Click on “Start” next to the “Compromised account?” option.

- Click on “Change password”.
- Choose a verification device and click on “Send OTP”.
- Enter the OTP and then click on “Continue”.
- Type the new password twice to confirm it and then click on “Save changes and sign in”. That's it, the password of your Amazon account has been reset.

- Open Prime Video in your choice of browser and sign in to your account.
- Click on your name/account near the top right corner of the screen.
