Ultra Ergonomic Keyboard Logitech Wave Keys Launched For $59
Logitech started taking orders for their ocean wave keyboard today in the Logitech Ergo Series of ergonomic keyboards, Logitech Wave Keys:

While it is on the same product page as an older model, this new model will be released on October 18.
The new Logitech Wave Keys are ergonomic across all x, y, and z axis, which seems to make it the most ergonomic keyboard available today.
This is a battery operated wireless Bluetooth keyboard that's compatible with Windows, macOS, iPadOS, Android, ChromeOS, and Linux, with a dual printed layout for Windows/Mac.
The keyboard isn't like a lot of wide desktop keyboards either. It's a full-size keyboard, but only about the same size as a laptop keyboard, while featuring a cushioned palm rest.
So by the looks of it, I would say the Swiss keyboard manufacturer has used everything they could think of to make this the most ergonomic keyboard possible.
And like the Logitech MX Master 3 mouse, it comes with settings controls through the highly specific Logi app that's included with the keyboard.
