Dell Venue 7 2014 Edition
Dell announced the new Dell Venue 7 2014 Edition today, the 2nd generation of Dell Venue 7 after the first generation was launched in October last year:

The Dell Venue 7 is a 7-inch $149 “budget tablet” with Android 4.4 KitKat. For starters, it only has a dual-core Intel Atom Z3460 processor, which is lousy by today's standards. So the new $149 Asus MeMO Pad 7 is already a much better choice instead.
Otherwise it has a 1280 x 800 resolution display, 1GB DDR3 RAM, a 1MP front camera and a 5MP rear camera, a 4550mAh battery, 16GB of storage with microSD support to 64GB, 802.11 ac Wi-Fi support, and Bluetooth 4.0.
The thickness is 8.95 mm while the weight is 290 gram.
It will release on July 9 in the US, but this would make a poor choice, when there are so many much better tablets at a lower price out there. See our tablet comparison chart for choices.
