Cube WP10 6.98-Inch Windows Mobile 10 Phablet Coming
Mspoweruser was tipped by Hyken Wong about an upcoming Windows 10 phablet this week from Cube at 7 inches, or 6.98 inches to be precise.
The device was only listed on Cube's product page this week but without publishing all the specs other than some of the main specs for it.
Named Cube WP10, this is a 6.98-inch Windows Mobile 10 phablet, with 1280 x 720 resolution IPS display, powered by a octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. It is specified to be a 1.3 GHz 28nm version, so this would point to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 processor with 4G LTE, as well support for 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi and support for up to a 8MP camera.
The battery capacity is above average for a smartphone, at 3000 mAh, but for a 7-inch screen this is necessary too.
Based on the images we can tell that this is a dual-SIM Windows smartphone, with front and rear cameras with LED flash on the back, and Cube's phablet appears to be thin too.
Cube have a few good tablets on the market, including the popular Cube i7, which is the cheapest Intel Core m powered tablet in existence, at under $300. So the Cube WP10 (T698) should be on the cheap side too, although some Windows Mobile 10 phones have already become very cheap.
