$199 Laptop Lenovo Ideapad 100 – 2nd Day Of Microsoft Deals
On the second day of the Microsoft deals called 12 Days Of Deals, Microsoft has a laptop sale on a very cheap laptop for $199.
It's the Lenovo Ideapad 100, a 15.6-inch Windows 10 laptop with 1366 x 768 resolution, 64-bit Windows 10, a 2.16 GHz Intel Celeron N2840 processor, 4GB of DDR3 RAM, and a 500GB hard drive.
For a full-size laptop, that's a great price. But obviously it's not the most powerful laptop for those who need to work with very heavy documents for hour after hour, or do a lot of video editing. But as a cheap laptop for other purposes, it might do the trick.
It's okay equipped for its price, with a DVD drive, something a lot of expensive laptops haven't even got any longer, one USB 3.0 port, one USB 2.0 port, a HMDI port, a RJ-45 LAN port, a webcam, a 4-in-1 card reader, 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi support, and Bluetooth 4.0.
The battery life is 3 hours short, so this is not a laptop for the open road. It's going to need to be plugged in. So, the whole point of this laptop is basically the low price. Though if it disappoints, it has free shipping out, and free returns back in.
Microsoft's Lenovo Ideapad 100 laptop sale is available in both the US and Canada:

Tomorrow, December 3rd might be the time for more exciting Microsoft deals though, as various Xbox One deals will be available as bundles where customers gets two free games thrown in, like Assassin’s Creed Unity included in a discounted price on Xbox One consoles. This Xbox One deal goes live at 12AM PT on Thursday.
